On Course for Revolution in Asian Golf Performance with Launch of Tour Fitting Golf by Ian Fraser
[Hong Kong, 2 April 2025]: Asia’s golf scene is set to welcome a state-of-the-art new club fitting service provider with today’s grand opening of Tour Fitting Golf by Ian Fraser (TFG) in Landmark South, Hong Kong.
TFG is the first to bring ‘Tour’ or professional level club fitting to Hong Kong with a simple yet demanding mission: to deliver the best custom fitting golf experience in Asia.

Formed by four passionate industry experts with incomparable track records, Tour Fitting Golf by Ian Fraser will introduce a new level of golf club fitting service to the region’s golf equipment and services market, an 18 billion USD industry in Asia, home to nearly half of the world’s golfers.

He has a reputation as a trusted leader in club fitting and performance enhancement and is famed for his commitment to “data-driven, personalized solutions that address the full spectrum of golf performance.”
Where big data goes technology follows and Fraser has overseen the equipping of one of Asia’s most state-of-the-art club fitting workshops with over HKD1.5 million worth of specialized equipment, much of which is the only of its kind available in Hong Kong.
Of course, Ian has had an equally impressive impact on the world of golf business.
Prior to his involvement in Tour Fitting Golf, he established the Fraser Golf Institute, and its immensely popular educational YouTube platform, in 2024. Ian was also previously part of two of Canada’s leading fitting companies - Tour Experience Golf and Modern Golf.
In Asia, Fraser has partnered with a group of co-founders with deep ties to Hong Kong, China golf: Marco Jorge, Edwin Kam and Martin Liu.
Martin Liu was a standout athlete and scholar at The George Washington University, leading his college to its first-ever Atlantic-10 Conference Championship as the team captain in his senior year. He was also named an NCAA All-American Scholar.
Currently Liu is the Hong Kong, China Men's Golf Team Captain. He is also a former Hong Kong, China Amateur Champion and National Team veteran. He started playing golf at two and started playing junior tournaments at six.
Edwin Kam was also a standout Hong Kong junior after first picking up the clubs as a nine-year-old. For 20 years, he has been a driving force behind the Hong Kong St. Andrew's Society’s charity golf tournament, raising over $15 million to help all communities in Hong Kong.

Tour Fitting Golf started with the vision shared by these three local golf industry veterans two years ago to work with the world’s best fitters to bring world class club fitting to Asia. This dream comes to fruition with today’s launch of Tour Fitting Golf.
The workshop features even more expertise in the form of Lead Fitter & General Manager Chris Courtneidge - previously Head Fitter and Product Trainer of Callaway Golf Europe.
Courtneidge has worked with some of the greats of the game, including double Major-winner Jon Rahm (Masters, US Open) at the Callaway Performance Centre. Chris was also Titleist (Acushnet) Product Specialist and has worked closely with Bob Vokey on wedges.
The workshop is not lacking for local knowledge either with industry veteran Ben Leung joining from the Hong Kong Golf Club as Workshop Manager and Fitter. Leung is the personal fitter for Hong Kong’s leading golf professional Taichi Kho and most recently served in the workshop for LIV Golf Hong Kong.
Given the breadth of international expertise and local understanding assembled at Tour Fitting Golf, and the co-founders' long histories and involvement in local golf, it is not surprising that Tour Fitting Golf has offered its support to the members of the Golf Association of Hong Kong, China representative team in what is a crucial year for the game with the hosting of the National Games golf competition here in November. It will be supporting the golfers who represent Hong Kong at the National Games this year.
In attendance today was Hong Kong number one and 2023 World City Championship Winner Taichi Kho, and local artist and golf influencer Stephanie Ho, who shared their proper, professional fitting can really make a difference.
